Every pitch allocation is checked against what's already booked. If a section of a pitch is taken at that time, Pitchallo won't let you allocate it again, so two teams can't turn up to the same pitch. This works across clubs that share a facility too.

Both clubs can see when and where teams are training and what space is free. The app prevents double bookings and stops either club deleting the other's allocations.

Yes. Pitchallo supports flexible pitch configurations: full pitches (8 sections), half pitches (4 sections), quarter pitches (2 sections) and single training areas. Set up your facility to match exactly how you divide your fields, so several teams can train on one pitch at once without clashing.
When you set up a team, you enter how much pitch space it needs for a match and how long the match runs. Allocate a match for your Under 11s and Pitchallo automatically books a half pitch for 75 minutes. Training sessions are flexible, from 30 minutes in one section up to 3 hours on a whole pitch.
Yes. Pitchallo generates mobile-friendly share links so anyone can view training times and match day allocations without an account. Send one link to coaches, parents and visiting clubs instead of answering "what time is training?" messages all week.
Yes and no. The admin side of the pitch scheduling software is optimised for desktop, but every schedule is fully viewable on a phone. Coaches and club staff can check allocations on the go, and the share link works for parents and other clubs without logging in.

Yes. Every new club gets 7 days of free access with every feature included. Most clubs finish setting up their facility within 1-2 days. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, you can still view all your work, but you can't make changes until you subscribe.
Yes. Pitchallo is built in Adelaide, South Australia, by a grassroots club volunteer, for community soccer and football clubs. Pricing is in Australian dollars, weather alerts come from the Bureau of Meteorology, and it's designed around how Australian clubs share council grounds and run junior and MiniRoos match days.
All allocation and club data is stored securely on Google Cloud with daily backups. You can request a data restoration once every 3 months, and use the Export/Import functions for manual backups anytime. If something catastrophic happens and you've already used your restoration, contact support and we'll work something out.
Use the contact support section in Settings and we'll reply within 48 hours. Feedback buttons are throughout the app, so if you find a bug or want a feature, use them.
