Pitchallo is a sports facility management web app, designed specifically for soccer clubs. It replaces spreadsheet-based scheduling systems, helping administrators allocate and share training and match day spaces with coaches, staff, parents, and visiting clubs.
When you sign up you'll automatically get 7 days of free access to Pitchallo, with every feature included. This gives you enough time to set up your facility and test the system, as most clubs complete setup within 1-2 days.
If you haven't started a paid subscription by the end of the 7 day trial period, don't stress. You'll still be able to view all of your work, but you'll be restricted from making any changes to it until you subscribe.

Yes. Pitchallo generates mobile-friendly share links that allow anyone to view schedules without needing an account. This makes it easy to distribute training times and match day allocations to parents, coaches, and visiting clubs.
Pitchallo supports flexible pitch configurations including full pitches (8 sections), half pitches (4 sections), quarter pitches (2 sections), and single training areas. You can set up your facility to match exactly how you divide your physical spaces.
Yes & No. The platform is optimised for desktop use for administrative tasks, but schedules are fully viewable on mobile devices. This means club staff members and coaches can easily check allocations from their phones. The share link is mobile-friendly and accessible to parents & other clubs without logging in.
Admin users can upload a season-long fixture for each team & enter their match day preferences such as day of the week, time slot & pitch. Once you upload the file and select preferences, the system will find pitch space for each game with one click, and allocate the space with a second click. This is especially useful when juggling multiple teams.
On the allocation page, you can differentiate between Training sessions and Matches. When you configure your team, you input how much space they need for a match and the runtime. When you allocate pitch space for the Under 11's, the tool will automatically allocate that team a half pitch for 75 minutes. Training sessions can be customised from 30 minute sessions in 1 section all the way to 3 hours for a whole pitch.
Pitchallo includes facility sharing capabilities that let multiple clubs book the same physical pitches while maintaining separate allocation systems and complete data sovereignty. Both clubs can view when and where their teams are training and what space is available. The app prevents double-booking and stops you from deleting each other's allocations.
All allocation and club data is stored securely using Google Cloud with daily backups. You can request a data restoration once every 3 months, and you can always use the Export/Import functions for manual backups anytime. If something catastrophic happens and you've used your allowed restoration, contact support and we'll work something out.
In settings, use the contact support section and we'll get back to you within 48 hours. Feedback buttons are throughout the app — if you find a bug or want a feature, use them!
