Our Story

Born on the Sidelines

Pitchallo is a start up based in Adelaide, South Australia. For many community clubs, scheduling meant endless spreadsheets, last-minute texts, and frustrated volunteers juggling everyone's needs.

Day Zero

The club I was volunteering at actually shares one council owned facility. Two pitches between two clubs, and we alternated week nights for trainings and weekends for match days. A single catastrophic event sparked the idea that created Pitchallo. Managing the match day schedules for two clubs out of a shared spreadsheet that was saved over with the wrong information meant we had to re-schedule half a season of Junior & Miniroo soccer (football) matches.

A Better Way

I knew there had to be a simpler solution. So I built Pitchallo — a purpose-built tool designed specifically for the unique challenges of community sports clubs. Especially clubs sharing facilities.

Helping Clubs Thrive

Today, Pitchallo helps clubs across Australia manage facilities efficiently, communicate schedules instantly, and spend less time on admin — more time doing what they love.

Our Mission

Give time back to volunteers by making pitch scheduling effortless

Community First

We're built for volunteer-run clubs, not commercial facilities. Every feature is designed with busy volunteers in mind — people who give up evenings and weekends to make sport happen.

Time is Precious

Every feature we add must save time, not create more work. If it doesn't make life easier for club administrators and volunteers, it doesn't ship.

Simple & Reliable

No training required. User experience has been a key criteria of every feature. When it comes to planning Junior soccer match days, everything needs to go smoothly, every single week.
